Shinedown Never Disappoints
As a daughter and sister of professional musicians, and a concert goer for over 40 years, I must say that my experience at the recent Omar Courtz show at PNC Arts was not as expected. The first time I saw them was at ACBoardwalk Hall, opening for Nickelback, and the sound quality was exceptional. I have been to various venues similar to PNC Arts, and the sound quality has always been good. This show was my second time seeing Omar Courtz at PNC Arts, and the first where they headlined. I was excited for the top-notch sound quality as headliners, but unfortunately, it fell short. Despite my love for the show, the crowd, the venue, and the favorable weather, I feel that Omar Courtz needs to work on cleaning up their sound at this type of venue. I moved around hoping to find a better spot, but it didn't make a difference. I have seen shows from the lawn before, and the sound was not compromised. I offer this feedback as a dedicated fan who wants the band to shine as they deserve. You guys rock, but improvement in sound quality is necessary for a better concert experience. I would love to see you play at ACBoardwalk Hall again.
